A number of 'influencers' on social media platforms have been criticised for pretending to be interested in the #BlackLivesMatter protests occurring around the world.

The term 'Fauxtesting' has been coined to refer to the fake protesting #influencers that are trying to get clout for supporting an incredibly important cause but not actually being interested about it in the slightest and once the picture has been taken the very nonchalantly walk away without a care in the world.
